• 5年及以上中国景观设计市场的经验，对设计各阶段、设计创新、可持续的领先应用技术有一定成熟的了解；具备商业综合体、酒店、高端住宅深化经验者优先
• 有出色的设计思维能力，能够对项目现场、历史等各个因素进行综合考虑
• 善于沟通，具备项目管理、团队合作能力；同时具有高度责任感和进取精神
• 熟练掌握制图、建模软件，包括CAD，Photoshop，InDesign, Rhino等
• 出色的手绘能力，能够快速通过手绘表达设计想法
• 熟悉国内规划相关规范、设计标准和各项要求
• 对国内外当前优秀的作品有着很好的认识与理解

• With over 5 years experience in the China market delivering creative, innovative and sustainable cutting-edge landscape designs and controlling the project from concept to completion; candidates with commercial complex, hotel, high-end residential and/or highly detailed and complex site design projects are encouraged

• Exceptional design thinking ability

• Great communication, project management and teamworking skills; have a strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneur spirit

• Good graphic production and 3D modelling skills, including but not limited to CAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Rhino

• Outstanding skills in hand sketching, can express design ideas quickly with sketching

• Familiar with Chinese regulations in planning,design standards and relevant requirements

• Good understanding of outstanding projects in both China and overseas

• 5年以上的扩初或施工图经验，能独立完成整套扩初图，具备商业综合体、酒店、高端住宅深化设计经验者优先
  
• 熟悉国家相关行业规范、设计标准和各项要求，特别是各种细部处理、节点、收口做法
• 施工现场指导经验丰富，了解材料及设计概算方面的知识，对新材料，新技术应用自如
• 具有良好的沟通技巧、有责任心和团队合作精神
• 英文口语、书写能力良好者优先

  
  

• 5 years minimum of construction documentation experience, able to independently complete DD or CD drawing sets. Candidates with commercial complex, hotel, high-end residential and/or highly detailed and complex site design projects are encouraged
• Solid knowledge of design standards in China and requirements
• Strong technical skills include but not limited to grading, detailing, construction site supervision, materials and cost estimation
• Great communication, task management and teamworking skills, strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English is beneficial

• 1-3年的设计工作经验
• 熟练掌握CAD, Adobe suites, Rhino, Lumion等软件；面试将安排 SketchUp 和 Photoshop的软件测试 
• 必须具有团队协作精神，能在项目组长的带领下高效地开展设计工作
• 在中国或者其他快速发展的国家中有项目参与者优先

• 服从上级分配的任务，并及时提交成果

  
  

• A strong interest in design and able to approach design problems with flexibility

• Preferably 1-3 years of work experience

• Exceptional skills in CAD, Adobe suites, Rhino, Lumion and a test of SketchUp and Photoshop skills will be required during interview process

• Must be a good team player who can work efficiently under the guidance of project leader

• Project experience in China or overseas is beneficial

• Strong ability to follow instruction and deliver presentation materials on time
