在阿勒泰这片土地上，风吹过漫长的冬日，雪覆盖连绵的山川，一片银装素裹，壮美而自由。正如李娟在《我的阿勒泰》中描述道：“身处大雪环抱的静谧之中，我反复翻阅历年所写的文字，倍感温馨...” 阿勒泰不仅是大自然的鬼斧神工，更是心灵深处对宁静与自由的向往，启发了我们对该酒店的设计理念——打造一个不仅仅是休憩之所，而且是旅途中温暖的港湾，一处让人心灵归宁的第二家园。In the land of Altay, the wind blows through the long winter days, covering the continuous mountains and rivers with snow, creating a scene of silver-clad grandeur and freedom. Just as Li Juan described in “To the Wonder”: "Amidst the quiet embrace of heavy snow, I repeatedly read the words I have written over the years, feeling extra warmth..." Altay is not only a marvel of nature, but also a yearning for tranquility and freedom deep within the soul, inspiring our design concept for the Koktokay Ski Resort Hotel - to create a place that is not just for rest, but a warm sanctuary during the journey, a second home where the soul can find peace.

可可托海国际滑雪场位于新疆富蕴县国家5A级旅游景区可可托海景区内，紧邻可可托海国家地质公园。该项目建设总用地面积19908平方米，用地南北宽约123米，东西长约247米。酒店位于滑雪场内，紧邻雪道与索道站，用地规整，山地坡度较大。旨在吸取新城市主义规划原则，将酒店、商业、娱乐等功能有机结合，构建一个集多元共存、独特设计与奢华体验于一体的地标度假酒店。
The Koktokay International Ski Resort is located within the national 5A-level tourist attraction Koktokay Scenic Area in Fuyun County, Xinjiang. The total construction land area of the project is 19,908 square meters, with a north-south width of approximately 123 meters and an east-west length of about 247 meters, featuring steep mountain slopes. The planning aims to draw upon the principles of New Urbanism planning, organically combining functions such as hotels, commerce, and entertainment to create a high-end landmark resort hotel.

在设计过程中，考虑到可可托海特殊的地理环境，我们从三个角度出发：In the design process, considering the unique geographical environment of Koktokay, we approached the project from three perspectives:

可可托海国际滑雪场具有“雪期长、雪质优、落差大、雪道多、风力小、体感佳”六大特点， 与自然融合，是“四季皆宜”的旅游胜地。考虑到用地坡度较大，建筑居于场地最佳位置，仿佛在自然中悬浮，坐拥全景视野。部分客房沿双边布置，保证了充足光照，展现了与自然共舞的规划智慧。
The Koktokay International Ski Resort boasts six major characteristics: "long snow season, excellent snow quality, significant elevation differences, multiple ski runs, minimal wind impact, and excellent tactile sensation." Integrated with nature, it is a tourist destination suitable for all four seasons. Considering the steep slope of the project site, the buildings are positioned in the best locations, creating a feeling of floating within nature and providing panoramic views.

设计围绕功能性展开，植入坡屋顶元素，强化空间丰富性。项目主入口布置在基地北侧，顺应北侧山路标高；基地西侧景观视线最佳，依次布置景观客房；中间部分布置酒店大堂及全日餐厅视野直面雪道；北侧靠近缆车站布置滑雪大厅，方便旅客直接滑进滑出。
The design is centered around functionality, incorporating elements of sloping roofs to enhance spatial diversity. The main entrance of the project is situated on the north side of the site, following the elevation of the northern mountain road. The western side of the site offers the best scenic views, where landscape guest rooms are arranged in sequence. The central area accommodates the hotel lobby and an all-day restaurant with direct views of the ski runs, while the northern side near the cable car station houses the ski hall, allowing visitors to ski in and out conveniently.

工业风源自可可托海矿区工业历史，建筑未来与复古，看似矛盾却能奇迹般地融洽。将优雅与质朴、奢华与踏实，钢铁、混凝土、红砖、木材不同材质相互碰撞。提取厂房的双坡屋顶，运用现代设计手法灵活组合，贴合当地气候的建筑形态的同时又展现出简洁醒目的建筑符号，有利于打造一个代表可可托海地区的易于辨识的形象名片。
The industrial style originates from the industrial history of the Koktokay mining area, blending futuristic and retro architectural elements in a seemingly contradictory yet harmonious manner. It blends elegance with simplicity, luxury with practicality, and different materials such as steel, concrete, red brick, and wood collide harmoniously. The dual-pitched roof of the factory is extracted and flexibly combined using modern design techniques, conforming to the local climate while showcasing a simple and striking architectural symbol.

Industrial Style 的精髓，就是要「粗糙得高级」。外立面采用了混凝土+黑色钢料+深灰色木材，打造粗犷温暖的外立面；建筑檐口下方和内部，则以暖木色为主，形成内外冷暖的强烈反差，带给客人一种彷佛从冰天雪地中走进房间，靠近火炉的温暖体验。The essence of the Industrial Style is to be "rough yet sophisticated." The exterior facade combines concrete, black steel, and dark gray wood to create a rugged and warm appearance. Under the building's eaves and inside, warm wood tones dominate, creating a strong contrast between the interior and exterior temperatures, providing guests with an experience akin to walking from an icy landscape into a room near a warm fireplace.
为充分满足各项功能需求，因地制宜，提供以人为本的室内外环境体验。主入口在基地北侧便于车行接入，在高区落客，半室外结构的落客区不仅能挡风遮雪，还j具有空间私密性，确保旅客初抵便能感受到舒适与温暖。大堂位于基地最高点，独享雪道全景，让旅客一踏入就沉浸于灵动绮丽的冬日风光。
To ensure that all functional requirements are fully met, the design is tailored to provide a people-centered indoor and outdoor environment experience. The main entrance is located on the north side of the site, and the semi-outdoor drop-off area serves not only as the first stop for welcoming guests but also as the heartwarming prologue to their journey. This design not only effectively blocks wind and snow but also increases spatial privacy, ensuring that every traveler can feel exclusive comfort and warmth from the moment of arrival. The lobby is situated at the highest point of the site, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the ski slopes.

全日餐厅毗邻酒店大堂与商业区，方便来往客人就餐。室内外界限自然过渡，宾客可享受户外咖啡时光。天台融合坡面玻璃天窗与室内泳池，营造空中全景游泳体验，让宾客尽享自然与天际美景的完美交汇。户外平台与商业区作为酒店与滑雪索道站的纽带，优化人流动线，集休闲购物于一体，增添酒店魅力与价值。
The all-day restaurant is adjacent to the hotel lobby and commercial area, providing convenience for guests to dine. The indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor coffee moments. The rooftop integrates sloping glass skylights and an indoor swimming pool, allowing guests to indulge in the perfect convergence of nature and panoramic beauty. The outdoor terrace and commercial area serve as a link between the hotel and the ski lift station, combining leisure and shopping, adding charm and value to the hotel.
