HENN海茵中国正在寻找一位经验丰富、充满活力的业务拓展总监（性别不限）。理想的候选人应在相关领域拥有不少于10年从业经验，在推动业务增长和促进战略合作方面有着良好的记录。

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director(m/f/x) of Business Development for Henn China. The ideal candidate will possess more than 10 years of experience in related fields, demonstrating a proven track record of driving business growth and fostering strategic partnerships within the architecture and construction industries.

HENN海茵建筑是一家在建筑与规划设计领域拥有75年专业实践经验的国际化公司。总部设在慕尼黑，现在拥有柏林、法兰克福、北京、上海四个分公司。

HENN is an international architectural practice with over 75 years of expertise in architectural design, planning and realization. Headquartered in Munich, now we have four branches in Berlin, Frankfurt, Beijing and Shanghai.

您须具有以下才能

· 建筑学、工商管理、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位；硕士学位优先。
· 在建筑、工程或建设行业拥有超过10年的业务开发、销售或市场营销经验。

· 对中国建筑设计原则、施工流程和行业法规有很强的理解。

Your work scope will cover the following

· Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to enhance business partnerships and secure new projects.
· Lead the proposal development process, including conducting market research, preparing compelling presentations to win new business.
· Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align business development efforts with project objectives and client needs.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business development processes, enhance client satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.
· Understand of the culture and demands of HENN Architecture and our Chinese offices.
· Yearly KPI target.

You bring along

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· More than 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
· Proven track record of successfully generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets in a competitive market environment.
· Strong understanding of Chinese architectural design principles, construction processes, and industry regulations.
· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business development initiatives that drive measurable results.
· Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving growth, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional client service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,and other relevant business development tools.
· Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and pursue business opportunities.
· Excellent command of Chinese (Mandarin), as well as good English and / or German skills.
